The whole system works as follows: after power-on, the PLC controller will generate 24V DC, and the five controllers will be in the standby state through the PLC controller interface board. The PLC controller will detect whether the motor main control contactor is normal. If it is normal, The motor control auxiliary contactor is in the hot backup state, otherwise the motor control main contactor is cut off immediately, and the auxiliary contactor is put into operation. Then the PLC will automatically determine whether the barrier gate is placed in place. If it is not placed in place, the actuator will automatically lower the barrier door. When there is a mine car going down, the sensors A and B pass the time signal of the mine car passing over them to the PLC controller, and the PLC controller will determine whether the speed of the mine car is normal. If the speed of the mine car is within the normal speed range, the PLC control will control the forward rotation of the motor to complete the operation of the door opening door; after the position on the door of the car is mentioned, the sensor E will issue the above mentioned bit signal, and the PLC controller will control The motor stops rotating; when the mine car passes over the sensor C, the sensor C will send a signal that the mine car passes down the gate of the car, and the PLC controller will control the motor to reverse the door of the car, and the sensor F will be released after being placed in place. In place signal, the PLC controller controls the motor to stop, so that the door is in the normally closed state; when the down speed of the mine car exceeds the normal working speed or the mine car is derailed, the PLC will control the motor not to work, and the door in the normally closed state will be closed. The mine car is stopped to ensure the safety of the equipment and personnel in the lower part of the inclined shaft. When the mine car passes over the sensor C, the sensor C will send out the up signal of the mine car. After the PLC controller receives the signal, the control contactor will lift the net door; after the mine car passes the B sensor, the B sensor will send the upward mine car. Crossing the gate of the parking gate, the PLC controller controls the motor to lower the barrier door and complete a cycle.

For some reason, the power supply system of the anti-sports car is powered off. At this time, if the mine car is at the bottom of the mine yard, when the power supply is restored, the system will automatically determine whether the mine car is up or down, ensuring the normal operation of the entire device.

The power supply of the anti-sports car device and the winch control circuit are interlocked, that is, the winch is energized, and the anti-sports device is energized; when the winch is powered off, the anti-sports device is powered off and stops working. The winch room is equipped with a fault alarm and a door status display box of the anti-sports device, and the display box will complete the system fault alarm function of the anti-sports device. In the event of a malfunction of the device, the fault alarm display box of the winch room immediately gives an alarm message, and an audible and visual alarm appears, informing the winch operator to take the necessary measures.

2 Technical features

3.2 Deceleration absorber

3.3 Power Transformer

Since the underground 127V AC fluctuation is very large, and the PLC controller operating voltage range is between 100~240V, in order to ensure the stable and reliable operation of the control core PLC of the whole device, the 127V AC power is converted to 170V by the power transformer and then sent to the PLC. This ensures that when the 127V AC power supply voltage changes greatly between 75 and 175V, the PLC can still work normally, ensuring reliable operation of the entire device. The power transformer is an important component of the control box. In order to ensure the safety and reliability of the device, the transformer primary and secondary line packages must be isolated and must be shielded.
